Use this product at your own risk…and we need to say all of this cause some of you are scandalous...

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buyer shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Rigged For Dirt (Seller), its affiliated and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against all claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses, judgments and liabilities, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, costs and expenses, arising out of or in connection with Manufacturer’s product or service, provided that any such claim, damage, loss, costs, expenses, judgments or liabilities are attributable to bodily injury, sickness, disease or death, or to injury or destruction of tangible personal property, including the loss of use resulting therefrom, that is caused in whole or in part by any act or omission of the Manufacturer, anyone directly or indirectly employed by them or anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable, regardless of whether or not it is caused in part by any party indemnified hereunder.
In the event such indemnity as described above is prohibited by law, then said indemnity shall only be to the extent caused by the negligent acts or omissions of the Manufacturer or anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of them, or anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable, or to the extent allowed by applicable law. We already told you you shouldn’t use this product for anything more than a paper weight essentially.

Buyer agrees to and hereby does indemnify, release, defend and hold Rigged For Dirt and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, successors and assigns harmless from and against all claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising in favor of any person, firm or corporation on account of personal injury or property damage alleged to be caused by the use of Block (herein known as the Goods).

Buyer will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Rigged For Dirt (Seller), each of its Affiliates, and each of its and its Affiliates’ employees, officers, directors and agents (each, a “Seller Indemnified Party”) from and against any and all liability, loss, damage, expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) and cost (collectively, a “Liability”) that the Seller Indemnified Party may be required to pay to one or more Third Parties resulting from or arising out of (a) personal injury or death of any person as a result of use of Block or any Product containing Block supplied or sold by Buyer or its Affiliates or sublicensees or (b) the conduct by Buyer or its Affiliates or licensees or sublicensees of any pre-clinical or clinical studies in respect of Block or Products; except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of Seller.
